A non-english version of Windows will change the length of the All Programs text, meaning that the button image will be adjusted as you're seeing. Hmmm...

The error is an unfortunate side effect of using larger all programs arrow images. You can adjust this setting in Skinstudio by adjusting the margins that point to it.

Its probably a good idea at least for Premium suites that Stardock also provides a non-english substyle, I know its sorta a pain but it seems increasingly more non english users are getting into customizing and in turn also purchasing suites.

I agree with that. One problem that came to mind was that different languages may offset the image by different amounts though. Perhaps might be something that could look into at some point. Get some screenshots of various language desk setups and compare how far out of line the image runs.
