Every month, I poll the moderation team here at WinCustomize for what their favorite skins of the month are. They have to pick one, and only one, skin and give a brief explanation of why they picked it. Here are the mod picks for March, 2008....

I wish WC had download tracking. I'd love to see how being featured here, or on the main page, or in the screenshot of the day affects downloads.
