Oh come Monday, it'll be alright... come Monday I'll be... serving up another poll! Last week I tossed out the question of what version of Microsoft Windows you were currently running. This one wasn't even close. We received 400 responses exactly to this poll in the week it ran, and all but two of you are running a version of Windows XP, with more of you running Pro than Home Edition. Just to satisfy your curiosity, here's the exact breakdown:
What version of Microsoft Windows are you running? |

Windows XP Home |

Yup, not even close. Not that it's all that big of a surprise considering most people here are power users to some degree since you all seem to be all about this UI customization fad I've been hearing about.
Ok, so this one doesn't offer up much chance for discussion since everyone here seems to be on essentially the same OS. So... umm... what does everyone think about WinME? I hear it's supposed to be the consumer OS!
This week's poll question is a follow-up of sorts:
What version of Windows Vista do you plan on upgrading to?
I'm not asking if you are going to upgrade immediately, but what version you will go for when you eventually do upgrade. For details on each edition, see Paul Thurrott's Windows Vista Edition breakdown from late last year.
Results, as always, to be posted next Monday.
