Hotkey Freeware positions Skype for the Digital Home with Audio Device Switching, Alphanumeric Speed Dial, and more for PC and Mac Dual Booters

San Francisco, CA and Plymouth, MI, August 24, 2006 – NHANDZ, a Digital Home company offering input devices and software that enable remote control of PC/Mac’s and Stardock, a leading developer of Windows enhancement utilities, announced the immediate availability of Keyboard LaunchPad (KLP) with Skype control. KLP with Skype control is a software program that allows users to create keyboard shortcuts or "hotkeys" to control computer applications and other computer functions instantly with a press of a button, without the need to use a mouse or be in view of a monitor screen.

I agree with Zubaz. It's good to see Stardock use their status in the customization market to expand the software's possibilities for future technologies.

KLP is there and has always been able to do the Skype media player thing and is on ODNT.

The free (branded?) version is available on the NHANDZ website.

Feature requests for the SD version: Be able to assign straight text to a hot key; Create key macros (ie [Winkey]-[M] etc)

As a member here, I'm (vicariously?) proud of Stardock. Way to go.
Will be watching this move closely.
