Another week down, and just two left before we close the book on 2006.  This week saw a few interesting articles that you may want to go take a look at if you haven't already.  Topics range from printers to holiday gift ideas, and a look at WC2k7 Personal Pages.

  • Stardock Holiday Gift Guide
    By Zoomba
Every day we're adding a new gift idea from among the Stardock family of products.  So far we've talked about Object Desktop 2007 & WindowBlinds, Premium Suites and our Aquarium offerings.  There are two days left to the guide, so keep checking back to the article as it gets finished up.

  • Xerox Phaser 6300 Review
    By Frogboy
Stardock's fearless leader write up his review of the Phaser 6300 we have sitting here in the office.  The review begins with a little bit of retrospective on Stardock's history of printers and how they all stacked up against one another.  The article comes with scans of images printed out with the printer and compares them against the Xerox 8400.  If you are considering the 6300 as an office laser printer, check the article out.

  • The Best Printers in Terms of Quality
    By Frogboy
As a follow-up to the Phaser review, Brad dives into an article on one of his private obsessions; printer quality.  He rails against the uselessness of online printer reviews, the confusing nature of printer specs and how they aren't representative necessarily of actual quality and so on.  The meat of the article is a look at the various types of printers he has purchased, ranging from a $100 inkjet to a $20,000 industrial printer [that sounds like a jet engine starting up].  So if you're looking for some insights on printer purchasing, take a gander at this article.

We're always looking for interesting content to feature in the article section.  So, if you've got the bug to write about something technical or skinning, fire up a web browser and scribble it all down.  Good content gets featured both on the articles page and here on the home page.  Heck, we'd love articles on how much you love or hate <insert tech product here>, or your impressions of WC2k7, our software, whatever.  If you take the time to write it all down, we'll take the time to look at it.
