Monday. The end of one thing (weekend) but the start of something else (the work week). To kick things off we're back with the weekly poll. Last week we asked you which holiday was your favorite to create skins for. We listed off typical holidays such as Christmas or Halloween, but threw in some lesser-represented ones like Easter or St. Patrick's Day. The results weren't even close though with Christmas running away with 66% of the vote, with only Halloween coming close with a meager 25%. The rest filled up the chart with a few percent here and there. Based on this, I'm looking forward to some great Christmas skins this year.
As always, here's the pretty picture.
This week we're taking another look at the content we provide the community through the WinCustomize frontpage. For the most part over the last year it's been odd and off-beat technology news from around the web. Sometimes it's related to skinning, other times not. Over the last few days you've probably noticed a shift in the front page content back towards stories focused on WinCustomize, the community and skinning in general. As we run this experiment of sorts, we'd like to know what you think. Do you prefer the skinning news over the tech news? Should it be 100% one way or another? Some other % mix? What would be your ideal balance of tech versus skinning news here on the front page? Let us know by voting in the poll, and posting a comment below.
Results, as usual, to come next Monday.
