September has come and gone, so it's time for Island Dog to sift through all the Dream animated wallpapers uploaded to WinCustomize over the course of the month, and pick out a few to highlight in his review video. 

Turns out that September was a really good month for Dreams.  Submissions kicked up just like they did across all categories on the site, with some of the best Dreams I've seen submitted since we kicked off the gallery back in January with the release of DeskScapes.
