From technology to politics to video games; these are the random thoughts of a geek with too much time on his hands

CursorFX is the next generation of our Cursor theming software and is replacing CursorXP completely (CFX loads CXP themes).  Since this update is such a major change, we've put in the time and effort to develop some very detailed documentation on the application, how to use it, and the theme editor works.

The cool part?  It's all up on the WinCustomize Wiki for you to check out, comment on, and edit (if you have more information you want to add).

This is the first of hopefully many such detailed product manuals.

Let us know what you think!

Check out the manual here.

Way to go folks, looks very impressive and detailed. (Need links to WC Wiki on WC Homepage) Someone say something? Did you hear that?

What a great community.

I had mentioned that and putting a pinned post on the skinning forums in another thread.

And then I realized I had never clicked the Help button at the top of the page which has a link to the wiki.

Good to see the wiki being put to proper use. DigitalCHET hopes it's the first of many.

Now that's what I'm talking about. What a great tutorial. I hope we see many more as good as this for other products.

Is this the "Official" manual?  Will anyone be able to edit (like other articles)?  Or will edits here go through some kind of vetting by Stardock?

I'd hate for SD to be responsible for a "bad" edit that no one catches.

We have static, unchangable versions of the document.  People can edit the wiki one.
