How big could an icon be back then?

I don't recognize any of those names.  I wonder if any are still skinning?

Good stuff Zoomba. Interesting to see original submissions and how icons have progressed since then.

Yes, Copland and D.O.T. and other Japanese Icon Artists were pretty big those time. Both quit icon making. I think many of those old icons were done pixel by pixel.

Icons have come a long way. Most of those were ported from the Mac sets. Nowadays people are turning out amazing stuff.

Yeah!!! I remember the first time that I found this website... I spend hours, days, downloading iconpacks. I never thought that I would be capable of to make my own iconthemes... Just on 2004 I began to turn a little bit the concept of iconography with this 3D wave. I need to thanks to all that people that encourage me to do it. Cheers!

I remember that iMac package, used it for a long time. Copland's were awesome too. Brings back memories, doesn't it?
